Cultivating Opportunities for a Diverse Future

At Interface, our goal is to provide the highest possible value to society in part by improving the quality of life for all of our stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers. local and global communities, and shareholders. As part of this goal, we strive to promote diversity among our stakeholder relationships.

As a corporate member of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Interface is redefining its corporate role as an industry leader in social sustainability. Our NMSDC and WBENC memberships give us an access to resources at the local and national levels that we can leverage to further grow and expand our diversity initiative.

We develop mutually beneficial relationships with our contractors, suppliers, and strategic partners to remain competitive and meet our customers needs while promoting and encouraging sustainability within these relationships to further reduce our environmental footprint and maximize our social and economic footprint
