Vice President & Chief Marketing, Innovation and Design Officer
Chad joined Interface in 2016 as has overall responsibility for the company’s innovation strategy and platforms globally, as well as the company's global marketing and design strategy. In addition, he identifies and drives new sources of revenue and profit from current, new or expanded markets or new/enhanced products.
Chad has more than 20 years of experience in the development, management and marketing of consumer packaged goods, as well as in the creation and innovation of major consumer brands. He has won a number of industry product, marketing and packaging awards. He joins Interface from FOCUS Brands, Inc., where he has served as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Consumer Packaged Goods division since 2012. Prior to joining FOCUS Brands, Chad was Global Vice President of Marketing and Innovation for The Coca-Cola Company.
His experience also includes a number of leadership positions from 2001 to 2006 with Unilever PLC based in New Jersey, including:
- Vice President, Vitality Brands Americas;
- VP, Savory Foods Division North America;
- Senior Director, Refrigerated Foods Group and
- Senior Director of Marketing.
In addition, Chad has worked with Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in New York and General Mills/Pillsbury/Columbo in Minneapolis, and he was CEO and Founder of Boston Brands, Inc. in Boston, Mass.
Chad received his MBA from Michigan State University and a B.S. in Finance from Miami University in Ohio.
